Will I receive a certificate of completion for the Business Basics course?

Upon successful completion of the Business Basics course, you will be issued a record of completion. You can download a copy of your certificate within one business day of passing your end of course quiz. To access your digital copy, log into your Customer Portal. From there, click on the "Credentials" dropdown menu and select "My Credentials".
