How do I print my certificate?

Your digital certificate will be available in the NASM/AFAA Customer Portal within one business day following your pass date. To download, save, or print your certificate follow the steps below:

 

1. Log into the NASM/AFAA Customer Portal

2. Select "Credentials" from the top navigation

3. Select "My Credentials" from the drop-down menu

4. Click on the "View Certificate" button to download your certificate.

5. Select your preferred action.

 

NASM/AFAA digital certificates allow you to download, share, and print your certificate based on your personal preferences.

 

To print your certificate, we recommend the following settings:

• Paper size: Letter (8.5" x 11")

• Paper layout/orientation: Landscape

• Print logo in color: Select the color option
