How do I submit a Recertification Appeal?
If you are required to submit a Recertification appeal, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the Recertification Appeal form.
2. Submit the completed form and any supportive documentation to Appeals@AscendLearning.com
Once your completed appeal form with supportive documentation is received, please allow 30 days for our team to review your request. Once the review is complete, we will provide a determination to you via email. If you are approved, you will then need to complete CEUs by the provided deadline and follow the renewal application process. If your appeal is denied, you will be required to re-enroll and take the exam to regain your certification.
