What happens if my appeal is not approved?

If your appeal is not approved, you will be required to re-enroll and take the exam to regain your certification. To do this, contact our Program Advisement team and they can assist you with re-enrolling you into the exam at a discounted rate. Please note, once you sit and pass the exam again, you will be issued a new certificate based on the new completion date.
