Why does my Digital Badge display "suspended"?
Your account is marked as “suspended” because the balance has been overdue for more than 90 days. As soon as the past due amount is resolved, the suspension will be lifted.
To resolve your past due balance, you can make a payment either through the self-service option in your Customer Portal or by calling our Member Services team for assistance. Additional FAQs can be found in our support center at https://support.nasm.org/payment-plans.
