What if I forgot my password?

You have two options for resetting your password:

  1. Email: You will receive an email with a secure link to the email address on your profile. Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive this email and be sure to check your junk/spam folder. 
  2. SMS Text: You must have a valid mobile phone number saved on your profile to use the SMS option. Once you make this request, you will receive a unique code to the selected phone number.

Important Note: Once you gain access to your Customer Portal using one of these methods, you must change your password to use in the future.
