I can't see my badges in my Accredible account/Accredible Digital Wallet.
Your digital badges are associated to the email address on your NASM/AFAA. Below are the two most common reason for this problem:
1. The wrong email address was used to establish your Accredible account, therefore your badges aren't showing.
2. You changed the email address on your NASM/AFAA account, and now your badges aren't showing.
For both scenarios, there are some additional steps you need to follow to "link" your badges to your Accredible Account.
