[Accredible Account Information](https://support.nasm.org/digital-badges?hsLang=en#accredible-account-information) # I can't see my badges in my Accredible account/Accredible Digital Wallet.   Your digital badges are associated to the email address on your NASM/AFAA. Below are the two most common reason for this problem:   1\. The wrong email address was used to establish your Accredible account, therefore your badges aren't showing. 2\.
