How do I use Measurements?
Select the Measurements card to track weight, body fat percentage, photos and body circumference measurements. Not every measurement changes weekly, but the opportunity to track multiple measurements allows clients to see changes, which can help with motivation. Comparing measurements and photos over time is a great way to see progress even though it might not be felt from day to day.
