How do I update my personal information, including my username, email address, password, and/or phone number?

To update your personal information, you must first log into your Customer Portal.
 
1. In the upper right hand corner, click on your name with the drop-down arrow.
2. Select the “Profile” menu option.
2. On the "User Information” tab, click “Edit Account”.
3. Enter your current password in the pop-up window.
3. Make the necessary changes and then click “Save”.
