How do I perform an Overhead Squat Assessment?
Follow these steps to perform an OHSA:
- Select the client from My Clients
- On the Client Dashboard select the Overhead Squat card
- Select the Add Overhead Squat button (+)
- Select the observed compensations
- Select Save
- EDGE will return a list of over and under active muscles along with suggested corrective exercises to include in programs EDGE will prompt you to select from the recommended exercises to add to programs you create, so don’t worry about memorizing the recommendations.
