How do I add a workout program to a client's calendar?

Follow these steps to add a workout program to a client’s calendar:

  1. Select the client from My Clients
  2. Select the Weekly Workout Completion card or the Workouts tab
  3. Select Add Program (+)
  4. Select a pre-designed workout or a program you created and adjust the program as needed
  5. Select Schedule
  6. Specify the start and end dates
  7. Specify the day(s) the client the client should perform the program
  8. Select Save
