Why are my certificates missing from my Customer Portal?
If you have a past due balance that has exceeded 90 days, your certificates and digital badges have been temporarily suspended. Once your balance is brought current, your account access and credentials will be restored. To resolve your past due balance, you can make a payment either through the self-service option in your Customer Portal or by calling our Member Services team for assistance.
