You have the option to cancel your subscription auto-renewal at anytime. If you cancel mid-subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription features through the end of the subscription expiration date. Note: The Company does not offer subscription refunds.   Auto-Renewal Cancellation steps:   1\. Log into your Customer Portal 2\. Click on the "Purchases" tab. 3\. From the dropdown menu, select the "Subscriptions" tab to manage your subscriptions.   *Note: The NASM Connected product was retired on July 9, 2025.
