One of my payment plans is directing me to call "First Credit Services". Who is First Credit Services and why do I have to call them regarding my payment plan?

If your payment plan has met its maturity date and still has a remaining balance, it is being supported by our 3rd Party Collections partner. To satisfy your remaining balance, you must contact First Credit Services at 866-957-2613.
