How do I add a workout program to a client's calendar?
Follow these steps to add a workout program to a client’s calendar:
- Select the client from My Clients
- Select the Weekly Workout Completion card or the Workouts tab
- Select Add Program (+)
- Select a pre-designed workout or a program you created and adjust the program as needed
- Select Schedule
- Specify the start and end dates
- Specify the day(s) the client the client should perform the program
- Select Save
