How do I update my billing and/or shipping address?

To update your address information, you must first log into your Customer Portal.

  1. In the upper right hand corner, click on your name with the drop-down arrow. 
  2. Select the “Profile” menu option.
  3. Select the "Billing & Shipping Information” tab.
  4. Update the necessary information.
• Your Billing/Shipping address are the same, simply update the information that is displayed.
• If your Billing/Shipping address are different, you will need to uncheck the "Use billing address as shipping address" box at the bottom. From there, the Shipping address information will display for you to edit.
   5. After all changes are made, click "Save".
