How do I create my own programs?

Trainers should follow these steps to create a program:

  1. Select Libraries
  2. Select Programs
  3. Select the Build Program button (+)
  4. Enter a program name
  5. Specify a Category
  6. Select Add (+) next Add Workouts
  7. Select one or more workouts
  8. Select Add to program
  9. Select Save
