Does The NASM Exercise Library Offer Progressions and Regressions?
Yes, The NASM Exercise Library provides a progression and regression option to multiple exercises.
Trainers:
1. If an exercise has a progression or regression, an up and down arrow will appear over the exercise thumbnail.
2. A swap exercise button will appear on the exercise details view if the exercise has progressions and regressions attached.
3. After a trainer swaps an exercise for a progression or regression, they can also revert the exercise to the original.
4. A trainer can make progressions and regressions available for clients to use through a toggle system within the exercise details page.
Clients:
1. When performing a guided workout, are able to choose to perform a progression or regression if the trainer has made them available within the exercise and if the exercise has any progressions or regressions available.
