Should all of my digital badges show a QR code?

 

Digital Badges should update automatically. Here are some useful tips:

 

1. If you have an older version of your Digital Badge downloaded & saved, you will need to download the updated badge from your Accredible dashboard whenever a design change occurs.

2. If you do not see the updated QR code on the Accredible site, try clearing your device's cache and cookies, then reopen the Accredible site.
