If you are required to submit a Recertification appeal, please follow the steps below:   1\. Complete the [Recertification Appeal form](https://www.nasm.org/content/dam/nasm/docs/nasmlibraries/pdf/nasm-appeal-form-2018-fillable.pdf). 2\. Submit the completed form and any supportive documentation to Appeals@AscendLearning.com   Once your completed appeal form with supportive documentation is received, please allow 30 days for our team to review your request. Once the review is complete, we will provide a determination to you via email. If you are approved, you will then need to complete CEUs by the provided deadline and follow the renewal application process.
